Travelling as a family from overseas we were nervous about our booking, we had little kids and grandparents part of our group. From  the moment we walked in it was jaw dropping. The views, comfort and the location – we were extremely happy. First thing – we all had spa baths! The kids loved it. Pauline kept in touch all the way from booking to assistance while in Queenstown.  I had a couple of issues while there but Pauline resolved and grateful for the feedback.
