April in Queenstown
April is upon us which means Easter and School Holidays. Summer has almost gone and the hillsides around The Wakatipu Basin are donning their best orange and gold rags for The Arrowtown Autumn Festival . Autumn in the Central Otago region is truly a spectacle not to be missed and the area is jam packed full of activities for those visiting, be it with friends or with family.
The Arrowtown Autumn Festival runs from April 20 to 25 and is not to be missed. Where it’s the National Gold Panning Championships,the village scarecrow competition or just getting along to the outstanding opening parade, the Arrowtown Autumn festival has something for anyone visiting Queenstown.
