The Womens Adventure Film Tour is coming to Queenstown for the first time on November 5.. Following the success of the inaugural tour as part of Womens Health Week 2017 in Australia, The Womens Adventure Film Tour is returning with an all new set of short films , with a focus on adventure, the environment and heart warming stories.  The Womens Adventure Film Tour is presented in partnership with She Went Wild, a hub for all things adventure.  Through content and events She Went Wild aim to inspire and empower women to get into the outdoors and live an adventurous life.

Set against the backdrop of the Crown Range and Remarkables Mountaiin Ranges, the Air New Zealand International Marathon returns to the Wakatipu Basin on the 18th of November. With options of 42km,21km,10km and 3km runs, taking in some of the best highlights the area has to offer, including Millbrook Resort, Arrowtown, Lake Hayes, Shotover River, Lake Wakatipu,Queenstown Gardens and finishing in the heart of Queenstown itself. The event is topped off with a prize giving at the Queenstown Recreational Ground from 3.30pm and is sure to draw a crowd, so even if you are not running , get out and support those who are.

Join Dai Henwood and Mickey D this November 17 for a night filled with laughs as they put on the Sky City Queenstown Comedy Night. Dai Henwood has been performing comedy for over twenty years. He is recognised for his role as captain of “Team 2” on the comedy panel “7 Days”. As host of Family Feud and the recent Dancing with the Stars, Dai pretty much has the TV covered. Mickey D combines boundless energy,infectious smile and a killer wit to produce world-class comedy. He burst on to the comedy scene as a 17 year old and made an immediate impact, and now sells outs shows across the UK,throughout Europe,The States ,Australia and New Zealand.
