Queenstown Holiday Homes in July

The arrival of July has bought fresh snow to the mountains that surround The Queenstown Lakes District.  So bring the family,get your ski pass, put on your skis or board and hit the slopes.  If skiing isn’t your thing, rest assured that Queenstown caters for all, with shows from international comedians and orchestral performances , there is something for everyone this July.

Rhys Darby returns to the stage with his show, Mystic Time Bird. Darby’s shows are always a mix of astute observations and stand up cocooned in a fantastical story that takes his audience on a journey throught the ridiculous to the downright silly. This show promises to be no different.  Darby will be performing Wed Aug 2, 8pm -10.30pm at The Queenstown Memorial Centre,1 Memorial Drive, Queenstown.

Milford Galleries Queenstown is hosting an exhibition showcases some of New Zealand’s local artists and it is sure to be worth a visit.  Te Waipounamu, the name of the exhibition and the Maori name for The South Island , means greenstone. This exhibition explores the South Island, water, the nuances and numerous colours of greenstone.
